Our 40/60 Learning Concept

 At UNI's Executive Development Center, we believe that ideas, concepts and theories coupled with sound implementation strategies and plans leads to successful results. Based on this concept, our workshops are designed on a 40/60 model. Forty percent is devoted to ideas, concepts and theories, (the "what" and "why") and 60 percent to strategies and implementation, (the "how"). This combination of theory and practice prepares participants to respond to varying and often unpredictable situations in their companies sucessfully.
