Customized Training Programs
The Executive Development Center can tailor company-specific learning solutions to meet the needs of your company.
The sessions are scheduled around your company's schedule so training can be a one-day workshop or a weekly class for a few months to earn a certificate. Customized programs, whether offered on-site or on the University of Northern Iowa's campus, are cost effective with as few as ten participants.

Consulting Services
Consulting Services are provided by many of our faculty and facilitators who are leading experts in their field of study. At times it makes sense to bring in outside experts to provide a different perspective, or to tap into their field of specialization. Sometimes it's helpful to have a neutral third-party facilitate a group discussion to improve the working relationships and dynamics of a specific department, for example. Learn from the best and utilize their advice and experience by contracting for their consulting service through the Executive Development Center. You can contract with an expert for one day or for one year, it's based on your needs .
