For over 20 years, the University of Northern Iowa's Executive Development Center has provided comprehensive and leading-edge leadership training and education to business people and organizations to improve and maximize their performance and results in today's challenging and competitive business world. UNI's Executive Development Center provides training programs for newly appointed and seasoned Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers and Executives. Nationally recognized faculty provides knowledge and expertise of current and future business concepts, practices and trends in thought-provoking and hands-on education programs.

40/60 Learning Concept
The practical, day-to-day application is the focus of the programs so you are able to effectively and efficiently succeed in today's business environment. The center structures its program to follow the 40/60 learning concept. Forty percent of the class is devoted to ideas, concepts and theories (the "what" and "why") and 60 percent to strategies and implementation (the "how").
